THEMES
& projects

Much of my work has been project based over the years: designing curricula, consultancy, courses, community engagement or working with a self-initiated thematic focus. I get excited about threads that pull at the tapestry of modern culture and understanding... I’m an action researcher at heart, listening and experimenting from many ways of knowing and at levels of the personal, collective, cultural, political and mystical.

Here are 4 central themes and related projects.Underpinning them all are my interests in healing, justice and relationality. This means getting intimate with the patterns of harm and disconnection that run through modernity. I’m interested in the softening and listening that allows the tenderness necessary and opens us to places of possibility, liberation and transformation. Ha! Sounds grand?! Or naive? Or radical? Or obvious?!! In all of these inquiries there’s a dance between grit and grace, humility and hope, falling apart and falling in love.
